Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To do so, email info@hoevedebies.be with your name, order number and the products you want to return.
After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the products back to:
BV De Bies, Bies 2, 3790 Sint-Martens-Voeren, Belgium.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Products must be returned undamaged and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- beverages (such as wine and cider) whose seal or cork has been broken after delivery;
- perishable products or products with a limited shelf life;
- custom-made or personalised products;
- Christmas Market packages, menus and tokens, and other activities on a fixed date;
- gift cards.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs of the original delivery, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you have shown proof that you have sent them back. Refunds are made using the same payment method as your purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
Did your order arrive damaged, or did you receive the wrong product? Let us know within 7 days of receipt at info@hoevedebies.be, including a photo. We will replace the item or refund you free of charge.
